Station Manager
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the station, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise station staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock of necessary items
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and daily financial paperwork
- Maintain a clean and organized station environment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- Strong math skills for handling financial transactions and inventory management
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Proficient in time management to meet deadlines and handle time-sensitive tasks
Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit, and EBT transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock and clean merchandise and supplies
- Maintain a full, fresh, and clean coffee station
- Maintain store appearance standards
- Adherence to all laws and training regarding age restricted products
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role
- Previous experience with lottery sales is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Access to reliable transportation to arrive on time for every scheduled shift
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
